Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will need to reschedule your visit. This helps us maintain a timely schedule and provide the best care for all our patients.

After three no-call/no-show instances, future appointments will be scheduled for the next available time. Same-day or last-minute appointments will not be possible.

Payment Options

To ensure smooth service for you and your pet, we do not offer billing. If you have budget concerns, please request an estimate before we begin any procedures. Full payment is required when services are rendered. We accept the following forms of payment:

  • CareCredit

Personal checks are not accepted at this time.
